The EU model withdrawal form (Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If you are a Consumer, you may — but are not obliged to — use it to withdraw from your order within 14 days.

How to use this form

Complete the form below and send it by e-mail to [email protected], or print this page and post it to the Seller's address. Using this form is optional — any unequivocal statement of withdrawal sent before the 14-day period expires is sufficient. Including your order number is not required, but helps us process the withdrawal faster.
