Ordering & delivery
How buying from XM Textiles works: what free delivery covers, the quantities we sell in, and how orders travel.
Free shipping from €100
Orders of €100 or more (incl. VAT) ship free to every EU country. Zero-VAT orders (reverse charge or export invoicing) count the €100 on the ex-VAT total.
FR rolls always ship free in the EU
Flame-retardant fabrics and FR reflective tapes ship free anywhere in the European Union — from one full roll.
How we sell
From one metre
Retail orders are cut to length from one metre at the listed prices. A full roll is 50–70 m of fabric or 100 m of reflective tape.
7-day reservation
Once you place an order, the stock is booked for you for seven days — time enough to arrange payment and paperwork.
Priced by quantity
List prices apply to cut-length orders. Companies buying by the roll get individual quotes and volume pricing. Open a trade account
How orders travel
Courier across the EU & UK
Parcel and roll orders ship by DHL or DB Schenker from European warehouse stock.
Stock in three European warehouses
Fabric is held in Poland, Romania and Portugal — most EU deliveries take days, not weeks.
Container & air freight
Volume orders ship directly from production by container or air — quoted case by case.

Order tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to the transport company, you receive an email with the tracking number and instructions for following the shipment.
Good to know
- Below the free-shipping threshold, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you place the order.
- Deliveries outside the European Union are quoted individually, and any import duties, taxes and local charges are paid by the recipient.
- Oversized shipments and deliveries to remote regions may carry an additional charge — we confirm it before dispatch.
- The courier makes several delivery attempts before a shipment is returned to the sender.
- Check the condition of the shipment on receipt and report any transport damage to us immediately.
